Manage Your Membership

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR GYM MEMBERSHIP

If you normally pay for your Absolutely Fitness membership by Direct Debit and would like to make a payment, or amend your bank details and personal information, then you can do so using our online portal.

You can request to freeze your membership payments for up to 6 months per year using our online membership portal by navigating to ‘club account info’ section, and selecting the status of your membership. 

You can request to freeze your membership at anytime by giving 14 days’ notice before your payment is due.  

If you’re a Hero/Superhero member, or are outside of a Fixed Term membership period, you can activate the 1 month notice period to end your membership using our quick request form.

If you have a Basic membership and are within your first 12 months then you can request to end your payments at the end after your 12 monthly payments.

If you have missed a Direct Debit payment, you can view your outstanding membership invoices using the online portal by navigating to ‘club account info’ section. You can update your next membership payment, or pay at the gym on your next visit.

Absolutely Fitness is a charitable organisation with all profits going to Absolutely Together, which aims to put smiles on the faces of families who have children and young adults with additional needs.

The families our gym charity supports often face physical and financial restrictions on the activities they are able to enjoy as a family, which can lead to social isolation, mental health problems and an inability to get their children active. Through your support of Absolutely Together, families can take part in activities which they may otherwise be unable to enjoy.
