I’m passionate about finding the right balance for my clients within their training regime. Having played football at a semi-professional level as well as having a strong passion for boxing, I can incorporate these skills into a fitness regime to help aid with fat loss, toning, and increasing muscular endurance and overall physical wellbeing.

With a level 3 PT qualification and a background of 20 years training experience in body building and power lifting, my work speaks volumes and I take pride in the work I put in helping my clients to achieve their personal goals and fitness levels.
