Yoga Class
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on breathing and relaxation to improve physical and mental well-being. In a Yoga class You’ll complete and hold a series of physical postures that are designed to improve strength and flexibility.
We have classes at our Bracknell (30-minutes) and Langley (one hour) gyms that are suitable for beginners, through to intermediates, and any age group.
