PLATE:
FULL-BODY WORKOUT WITH WEIGHT PLATE ONLY
This class will challenge you to use a weight plate as the only equipment for a full-body workout. You will perform exercises that target your major muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, presses, rows, and twists. You will also do some cardio and core work to boost your heart rate and burn calories. This class is designed to improve your strength, power, balance, and agility. You can choose the weight of your plate according to your fitness level and goals.
