Circuits Class
If you enjoy taking part in a number of different exercises, our Circuits class is for you. You’ll rotate through a wide range of stations completing repetitions before moving on to the next station until the circuit is complete. You’ll be working every part of your body and this high-intensity class will burn calories fast, so it’s great for helping with weight loss.
