BoxFit Class
Take part in a cardio-heavy fitness programme that’s similar to what boxers complete whilst training – but in a non-competitive environment! It focuses on fitness and toning and there will be lots of boxing moves and abdominal workouts. It’s fun for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
Available at our Slough gym. At the end of the 30-minute BoxFit class, you’ll definitely have increased your heart rate and worked up a sweat.
