BODYCOMBAT CLASS
Our BodyCombat class combines various martial arts disciplines, such as Karate, Kung fu, Tai Chi and Taekwondo, with fitness exercises such as lunges and squats. You don’t need to be a martial arts expert to enjoy the workout as our trainer will guide your through. It’s a full-on, action-packed workout that will increase your heart rate and make you sweat!
