Warrior is the new name for Weight Warriors, a workout that will challenge your whole body with weight training exercises. Warrior is a combination of barbell and kettlebell exercises that will target your major muscle groups, such as chest, back, legs, arms, and core. You will perform different sets and reps of each exercise, with short breaks in between. Warrior is designed to improve your strength, power, muscle tone, and metabolism.
