BOXING FITNESS WITH TRAINER, GLOVES, AND PADS
Attack is a boxing fitness workout that will teach you the basics of boxing technique, improve your cardio, and work your upper body and core. Attack is led by our personal trainer Steve Obe, who has over 15 years of experience in boxing and martial arts. You will learn and practice different punches, combinations, and footwork, using gloves and pads. You will also do some drills and circuits to boost your stamina and strength. Attack is suitable for all levels, as you can go at your own pace and challenge yourself. Join us for a fun and effective workout that will make you feel powerful and fit.
