LOWER BODY WORKOUT CLASS IN THE GYM
This class focuses on working your abs, legs and bottom, and mixes cardio exercises to burn those calories with strength training. You’ll be alternating between a range of lunges, squats, stretches and crunches, and each different exercise will focus on targeted muscles for a balanced workout.
This 30-minute lower body gym workout takes place at our Slough gym. It’s easy to follow and no matter your fitness level, you’ll be able to join in and enjoy it
